We want you to love your Pretty On Purpose order! Because our boutique carries both boutique apparel and made-to-order products, return eligibility may vary depending on the item purchased.

BOUTIQUE APPAREL

Eligible boutique apparel may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original tags and packaging intact.

Please contact us before attempting to return an item so we can provide return instructions.

MADE-TO-ORDER & PRINTED PRODUCTS

Our Pretty On Purpose branded and print-on-demand products are created specifically after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections or for a change of mind.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering.

If your made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review your order and work toward an appropriate resolution.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need assistance with an eligible item, please contact us.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items clearly marked Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Certain product categories may also be ineligible for returns.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.
